SHIP PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (SPMS)

The objective of the SPMS is to provide an effective and efficient data migration on the MANNING SYSTEM and to ensure smooth transition within your organization, the company, the principals and other maritime industry members who are engaged in crew manning especially on the scheduling, planning and operations, these people will definitely benefit from using the system likewise.

SCOPE OF THE SPMS SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Searching for seafarer will be systematically because of the detailed criteria filtering possibilities starting seafarer basic information Inputs seafarer’s personal information up-to-date. Upgraded search enable will help you find the most appropriate candidate for replacing existing crew on board or filling in new vacancies. OPERATIONS

Comprehensive planning module allows you to allocate and appoint the right seafarers who’s going to join your fleet employment contracts ,letters of guarantee, visa applications, and Medical Certificates.

DOCUMENTATION

This stage certificate checks are performed in order to make sure crew managers do not onboard seafarers with missing or expiring documents, employment contracts, letters of guarantee, visa applications, Medical Certificates, travel documents (Passport & SIRB). Viewing and full downloads of the documents is also supported.

CREW ROTATION

Comprehensive planning module allows you to allocate and appoint the right seafarers who’s going to join your fleet. With SPMS you can easily create crew rotation with flexible period such as 3 months or 1 year ahead. Based on what you create depending on your working schedule and can be send via- email.

SEAFARER’S EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

This sub-system will manage the making and reproduce contracts to qualified ship personnel. Details of the contract shall be encoded into the system taking into accounts not only the necessary details required by the ff:

POEA Contract
ITF Contract
Other contracts that the manning agency/principal may require.

PRINCIPAL AND VESSEL MANAGEMENT

The system shall maintain details of the following for fast and easy interface of the data:

Principals / Owners
Vessels List and particulars
Vessel’s Requirement
Vessel’s Salary Scale
Crew List

REPORTING / NOTIFICATION

Comprehensive Reporting on expiring crew certificates/documents is available to trackexpiry status. Notification may be made thru emailand notification status can be added.
